Meet people with common interests and collaborate
Spoonfuls are a community feature on Gypsy Spoonful where you can connect with other members.
You can use Spoonfuls to share information about running a handmade business, get advice from experienced members, or gather with peers to socialize.
Shoppers can browse Spoonful by theme or location to find items and shops that might interest them.
Find a spoonful to help you grow your handmade business, or connect with other makers. Networking is awesome for small businesses. Who knows, participating in spoonfuls might just help you get noticed, too! Many fellow makers are very eager to share their knowledge with the community. In our experience, our makers are no-drama and extremely helpful to each other.
Tips on finding the right spoonful for you:
Once you’ve found a spoonful that you’re interested in, review their “About ” and description sections on their main pages. Spoonfuls can be completely open to new members or have strict membership guidelines — this information will give you a good idea of what’s expected of each spoonful’s members.
Ask a friend in the Gypsyhood: Do you already have friends on Gypsy Spoonful? Maybe you follow someone to keep up with their favorites in your Activity Feed, admire someone’s insights in comments or forum threads, or have met a fellow maker at a local event. Visit their profile page to find out which spoonfuls they belong to and then private message or email them to ask how they like their spoonfuls and what you might expect once you join.
