Prick Cactus Bag – by PiecefulDesign – Sense of humor
Sometimes, that cute little cactus just isn’t nice…actually, he can be kind of a prick. Make everyone smile with this cute little prick cactus bag. It’s just great for storing whatever small things need to be corralled in your life: makeup, credit cards, earbuds and cords, change– the uses are endless!
Fun fact! This bag will come to you directly from the Sonoran Desert– the only home of the sahuaro cactus! And, yes, they really do look like this in person– minus the frowny face. Most are quite smiley.
I have a two of these pouches in my own purse– one holds all of those extra cards I just don’t need in my wallet (membership cards, loyalty cards, punch cards and more!). The other holds an extra phone charger and my earbuds. Now I’m never frantically searching in the bottom of my purse to find what I need. A quick grab and I’m all set!
This listing is for ONE bag.
Hey, wouldn’t this be perfect for beads or buttons or thread when you’re crafting on the go? Or to make a small first aid kit for the car? Or to let your three-year-old keep his tiny little treasures he finds when he’s on a family walk? Oh, wait, this one says prick, so maybe pick another bag for your little person. But you get the picture, right?
Bag measures 6 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ and is about 1 1/2″ deep. All seams are finished, so there are no raw edges to fray.
Not all cacti are happy. Check out the pout on this Prick Cactus Bag. Maybe he’s mad because he can’t actually hurt you? (He will help keep you organized, though– whether he likes it or not!)

Welcome to Pieceful Design! Although I started my fabric journey as a quilter, my signature product is fabric baskets and bowls. I use only luscious batik fabrics to make, wrapping strips of these rich fabrics around cotton clothesline, which I then coil and sew on a sewing machine. Additionally, you'll find various bags and pouches that I make as well. Not only are they incredibly useful for staying organized, but they're also a great way for me to make a dent in my fabric stash!
