Sitewide Shipping Policies: Basic Shipping to the United States is included in the price! We do not charge any additional fees for shipping to the United States. If you're an international customer, please enter your country in the checkout page. International shipping costs will be determined upon the weight of the product and your destination. If no shipping options are shown, we do NOT ship to your country at this time. We do not charge any handling or payment processing fees. *REFUNDS* Products are only returnable for a refund if they arrive with a mistake that was made on my part. I will not be held responsible if you purchase the incorrect item, incorrect size, or provide incorrect information or instructions were not clear. As stated in individual product listings, initials are to be given in the order you would like them to appear. The initial in the center will appear larger than the 2 outer initials. The typical order for monogrammed initials is First initial, Last initial, Middle/Maiden initial. If you have an issue with your item, please contact me via ! We are always willing to make things right if it is something we have done wrong (Hey, we're human, too) ! Do not return items without contacting us prior to sending. You are not guaranteed a refund or replacement unless approved first. If there is a defect with an item you purchase from us, please contact us upon arrival. We will offer replacements for defective bags only if we are contacted within 2 weeks of delivery. After this, consideration will be given on a case by case basis. Additional Policies and FAQs *CANCELLATION POLICY* If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Many times we are caught up on orders and will begin working on yours very shortly after order is received. If we have already started on your order, we will not cancel unless item is not personalized. If you have ordered a nonpersonalized item and choose to cancel after production has started, you will be charged a $3 restocking fee for the inconvenience to our shop (i.e. time spent making the design, stitching the item, and now having to keep this item in stock until resold). *DISCOUNTS* We currently do not offer any type of discounts to certain groups of people (i.e. Students, seniors, military, teachers, disabled children, etc). When we have sales or discounts, they will be available to all customers. For certain items, we may be able to do group/bulk order discounts if you are planning on purchasing a large amount of the same item (5 or more). Please only message us regarding discounts if you are looking for group/bulk order discounts.

**TURNAROUND TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 1-2 WEEKS NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING. PLEASE ORDER FAR ENOUGH IN ADVANCE OR CONTACT US TO RUSH YOUR ORDER. OPEN SHOP HOURS ARE M-F FROM 9-3. I WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS AS SOON AS I CAN, BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DURING THESE HOURS, I AM ALSO COMPLETING ORDERS, ORDERING SUPPLIES, SHIPPING, ETC. I MAY NOT RESPOND IMMEDIATELY. For an additional cost, we do offer Priority or Express shipping. If your package weighs over 16oz, standard shipping method will automatically be USPS Priority (1-3 day shipping). USPS does not guarantee their shipping times, it is only an estimate. Once the package leaves my hands and is scanned as received by the post office, I am no longer responsible. Priority mail includes insurance, First class does not. For a guaranteed delivery date, you will need to upgrade to USPS Express. Message me with your zip code for a shipping estimate. Please note that this typically runs $20+. We ship to the address provided at the time of your order. If you give an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible as we have no way of knowing your address. If you notice an address mistake, please message us ASAP so it can be corrected before labels are printed. *INSURANCE* If you would like to add insurance to your package for an additional charge, please message me before ordering and I will set up a custom listing for you. If you have purchased insurance and receive a package that might appear to be damaged from shipping (smashed, torn, etc), please take a picture of the unopened package and then another of the items inside to help with filing an insurance claim.
