Shipping Policy

Shipping is free and your item will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Shipping depending on the weight. Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days. Custom orders will take up to 4 weeks to complete and ship depending on my current workload.

Refund Policy

Refunds are given on a case by case basis. All efforts will be made to correct the issue you may be having with your purchase, before giving a refund. If it is deemed that a refund is appropriate, the item must be return in new, unworn condition, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I accept returns on ready to ship items. Re-turn postage is paid by the customer. Custom made item returns will be decided on per case and circumstance. I will do my best to correct any issues you may have with an item. Worn, washed, are damaged products will not be accepted as returns.
